The 100% Community Valencia and the Anna Age 8 Institute would like to learn about your experiences getting access to medical care, childcare, job training, transportation, housing, and more. The survey will ask about how easy or difficult it is to get these services and the types of challenges you face. The results will be used to make recommendations to our city and county officials and community organizations so that we can improve the quality of life in our county.
Your participation in the survey is voluntary and there is no penalty for not participating. In addition, this survey is completely anonymous; we will not ask for your name. All responses will be grouped together, analyzed, and presented in aggregate form so no one can be identified by their responses.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
