Attached is the letter for the Covid Vaccine Clinic for May 4th & May 5th. Attached is the consent letter. We currently have 300 appointments for each of the clinics. If we have more than 300 registered, we will work with DOH to increase the slots available. We are excited to offer this opportunity to our students and family.
