Good morning. Important information regarding the 2022 - 2023 School Year. Central Elementary Parent Orientation: Tuesday, August 2, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. 4th grade @ 5:00 PM; 5th grade @ 5:45 PM; 6th grade @ 6:15 PM. Students first official day back to school is Wednesday, Augsut 3. School begins at 8:35 AM with breakfast in the classroom. All Wednesday's are half days so dismissal will be at 12:30 PM. Central Elementary parents of 5th graders: Students will be participating in state testing for Science starting tomorrow, Tuesday March 29th and through the rest of the week. Please see that your child does not miss school this week in order to complete this testing with their homeroom class. See the below link for more information about this test.

Central Elementary parents and families: please check with your child for their Quarte 3 report card. Report cards were sent home today. Also, 4th and 5th grade students will have puberty classes this Thursday. Permission slips have been sent home. Please complete the form and return it to school in order to have your 4th or 5th grader attend.
Central Elementary parents and families: There is a parent meeting tonight, Wednesday March 9th at 5pm facilitated by Superintendent Sanchez to discuss, present information, and answer any questions about the new boundaries. Next week we are celebrating Read Across America with special spirit days. Monday is Pajama day. Also, Monday is the kick-off to our Attendance Challenge. Please see the newsletter for more information.
Central Elementary is taking orders for the yearbook. Yearbook flyers have been sent home. The cost is $10.00. Place your order soon! We will have a limited number of yearbooks and once we are sold out we will not take any more orders. Please send $10.00 cash for your order or if writing a check please make it out to CENTRAL ELEMENTARY. Yearbooks will arrive in May.
