GSE Hello, here are a couple of notices. Your help is needed for our Food Drive Baskets. If you are able this is what is needed by Dec. 17th. Kindergarten- Mashed Potatoes 1st grade- gravy 2nd grade- mac-n-cheese 3rd grade- corn 4th grade- green beans 5th grade- yams 6th grade stuffing Also, we have received a donation of new coats. Good morning, Eagle families, I wanted to share with you information about the Cops to Tots program that is sponsored by the Belen Police Department and will provide Christmas presents to Belen children whose family signs up for the program. You can register at the Belen Police Department. You must have a current water bill for proof of residency. The deadline to register is Friday, December 6.

Good morning, Eagle families, Our apologies that parents, teachers, and families received PowerSchool Notifications in the early morning hours today.  PowerSchool experienced a coding issue that inadvertently sent out test notifications to all users.  PowerSchool has resolved the problem and do not expect any more early morning test notifications.

Good afternoon BCS Families, We want to hear from you! Our district is asking families to fill out a survey to share your thoughts on how our schools are doing. Your answers will be anonymous and will help us improve the learning experiences for all students. If you have kids in more than one school, you can take the survey again using the same link. GSE Parents-for student pick up today please use the single side pick up line. The line further north of the school. We have to load the busses in the sibling rider line at the front of the school. Thanks for your cooperation with this.

All Belen Consolidated Schools students will be on a two-hour delay on Thursday November 7, 2024. Staff is asked to arrive as close to their reporting time as the weather allows.

Reminder there is no school tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 5th for Election Day. There is also, no school on Monday, Nov. 11th for Veteran's Day.

GSE: Good afternoon. tomorrow on Oct. 31st we will have our Costume Parade at 9:30 am. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join us and watch. Also, be on the lookout for Flu-shot consent forms, we will be having a Free Flu Shot Clinic. Return the form if you would like to participate.

Next week we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week. We hope your child will be able to participant and join in helping promote Anti-Drug /Bullying Awareness. We will have our Costume Parade on Halloween at 9:30 am. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join us for the parade.

Donations will be accepted through tomorrow-Tuesday, Oct. 22nd. Need a costume? Come to Gil Sanchez on Wednesday, Oct. 23rd from 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. to see if we have one for you! You can bring a costume Wed. evening as well to trade out or just donate. Thanks in advance for supporting the project.

Reminder that we are having Parent Teacher Conferences this week. We will be dismissing students early tomorrow, Thurs, Oct. 10th at 12:51. There will be no school on Friday, Oct. 11th or Monday, Oct. 14th. Please make every effort to come and meet with your child's teachers. Help us reach our goal of 100% participation. Tonight is our Annual Fall Fest at 5:00. This is a free event for all GSE families. We hope to see you all. Ticket sales for our baskets will be held until the drawing at the close of the evening. Please note that students must be accompanied by an adult to attend. Please do not drop off your child by themselves. They will not be allowed to enter without an adult. Additional parking will be available in the front field. Sign in the cafeteria when you arrive. Happy Fall everyone!
